Your first visit in 3 simple steps

1. Choose your door. Most new guests begin with the Hard-Water Reset + Cut Ritual ($140) — your Crown Code consultation is built right in.
Not sure where to start, or dreaming of a major color change? Book a deep-dive, 30-minute Crown Code Consult to soothe your worries and map out your game plan ahead of time.
2. Experience the ritual. Hair and scalp analysis, mineral detox, steam, scalp massage, and a precision cut tailored to your hair and your life.
3. Leave with your roadmap. Your stylist maps out your home care and the rebooking rhythm that fits your goals not a one-size-fits-all schedule.

What to expect

How booking works. Book anytime online or in the Fresha app. We keep the phones quiet so your stylist stays fully present with the guest in the chair. A 50% retainer reserves your time and is applied to your service. It's non-refundable, but with 48 hours' notice it moves to your new date.
Before you arrive. Come as you are — no prep needed.
Curly? Wear your curls in your usual set.
Booking color? Arrive with clean hair (washed within the last 3 days) and skip heavy hairspray, texture spray, dry shampoo or powders, which can affect the color process.
Have 2–3 inspiration photos ready on your phone, and come ready to talk about your hair.
Your consultation. We start with a real conversation — your hair history, routine, lifestyle and vision — plus a hair and scalp analysis.
Your service. Unhurried, low-tox and adults-only. Breathe, settle in, and let the ritual do its work.
Before you go. You leave with home-care recommendations and your next step mapped out.
